How does your Owner Referral Programme work?

Our Owner Referral Programme is a great way for existing holiday property owners to earn extra money. 
When a current Love Self-Catering owner refers a new owner to us (not currently listed with us), and we proceeded to list their holiday rental(s), we will then apply a €199 Referral Credit to your owner account 60 days after their property is active and live for bookings. In addition, the person you referred will receive a €199 credit to their account, which will be applied 60 days after going live for bookings.
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.

How do I refer someone to Love Self-Catering? 
You should first tell the person that you are referring to us that you are making the referral, so that they will expect some communication from us. Then, please complete the online referral form here >>> Owner Referral Form . You can also email info@loveconnemaracottages.com or call us on 095 30620 to let us know about the referral.  
At a minimum, you should include information such as the name of the person you referred and their contact number, and we will take it from there!   

When will I receive my referral credit? 
The credit will be applied to your owner account 60 days after the referred owners rental(s) are live and bookable and you will receive the payment when you are due your next owner payment for your own property rentals. For example, if you make a referral to us, and the new property is fully listed with us and is fully open for bookings at the start of June, we will apply the referral credit to your owner account at start of August. If you are due an owner payment for your own property for August, the credit will be paid with it. 

(*All referrals must have an active listing on our website for 60 days to be eligible for rewards. Credits are awarded per owner, not per property. Terms may change.)
