Will Love Self-Catering carry out property inspections?
Yes, we carry out inspections on all properties listed with our agency to ensure they remain a quality offering for guests, and that they remain valid for the quality grade and any accreditation that they have received. This is an opportunity for us to give updates and feedback to owners on the standards expected for holiday rental properties.
Owners will always receive prior notice of inspections and it takes approximately 45 minutes to complete.
