Can I make changes to my rates?

Can I make changes to my rates?

When your property is set up on our booking systems, a rate band is recommended to you by our experts.
Any rate band that is agreed with you is applied to the property for two calendar years.
If you insist that you wish to move your property onto a different rate band within one year of listing, a €300 administration charge will be applied to your account.
We welcome owners to offer discounts on current rate bands.  Offering a discount is much easier to apply, and takes significantly less administration time.
