How does Love Self-Catering assess the quality of properties in their portfolio?

We strive to ensure that the property is as described on our platform, and that it meets the quality standards that we demand. To be absolutely certain that we only advertise top quality properties, we carry out regular inspections of the self-catering holiday rental properties in our portfolio. 

In brief we: 
  1. Carry out regular in-person inspections on all properties to ensure a good quality offering.  
  2. Advise property owners on industry standards, improvements and upgrades.
  3. Monitor guest reviews and feedback. 
  4. Reach Irish Tourist Board Certification for properties.

    • Can I move my booking to a different property?

      Once a booking has been accepted by Love Self-Catering, the booking can only be changed to another property by treating the original booking as a cancellation. A €30 re-booking fee is payable. 

    • How do I redeem a credit voucher?

      If you have a valid credit voucher with Love Self-Catering, you can apply the credit voucher funds to a new reservation. To redeem your credit, search for available dates in the property listed on your voucher on our website and click “Book Now” to ...
