My booking has been cancelled by the host. What are my options?

While it is extremely rare for a host to request to cancel a booking, we understand that it can happen due to unforeseen circumstances. We want you to be secure in the knowledge that, in the norm, we do not accept booking cancellations from property owners unless it is for reasons beyond the owners control, for example, due to flooding or fire damage, which would deem the property is unsuitable for letting. If this was to occur, we will do our very best to move your booking to an alternative property of equal or higher quality, and if we don't have anything suitable for you, a full refund will be processed.
