What do I do if I have to cancel a booking?
Please do everything you can to avoid cancellations or
double bookings.
As an owner, cancelling a booking has a significant impact on guests and will
almost certainly result in a poor review of your property. It also lowers your
conversion rate and has a negative effect on the performance of your property
on marketing channels (such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo etc).
If you really must cancel, or require assistance in resolving
a double booking, please contact us as soon as possible to allow our
experienced team to handle the inevitable negative response from guests.
You will be charged a minimum of €200, or our management commission fee on the effected booking(s), whichever is greater.
