What is the 'Failte Ireland Welcome Standard' ?
The Irish tourism authority, known as Fáilte Ireland has a quality assurance programme for the self-catering sector in Ireland. The purpose of the programme is to offer self catering accommodation that guests can rely on. This programme is know as the 'Welcome Standard'.
At present, properties that are part of the Love Self-Catering brand may be eligible for assessment and admission to the programme.
Please note, the programme offered through Love Self-Catering is subject to availability, specific areas and third party costs if and when they arise.
As of January 2024, (through Love Connemara Cottages / Love Self-Catering only) the following areas are part of Fáilte Ireland's Welcome Standard:
